The name of our factory is Kushiyara Composite and Knit Industries Limited.It is located in Savar City Corporation under Dhaka district.Many people may know the name Dhaka as Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh.So for the sake of earning a living, I live in this city and work in this factory.However, in Savar city, we can sometimes get close to nature because there are some natural areas nearby.

It's hard to think that I once grew up in the natural beauty of the countryside, but now I can't get that time back.I have to work in the city to support my family and survive.I have come to share this reality with you today and to share some images of my work.Men's lives are really hard.I have seen them leave their country for work just for their families.With a lot of pain in their hearts, they leave their families and enter the airport and leave the country.

Our country has a lot of expatriate income.Due to the pressure of our large population, there is a lot of unemployment problem, so most of the young people migrate abroad.I myself had prepared my passport and documents to go abroad, but after running for years, I could not go anymore because I was not getting good opportunities.So I took a job in a factory and that's where I work now.However the facilities at our factory office are very good.

I work night duty for seven days and then work day duty for the next seven days.When I work at night, I get the whole day and try to travel around.But one good thing is that I can sleep on night duty, just keeping the machine running.But I don't have a bed to sleep in the office, only a chair.As a man, I am happy with that. While I am awake at night and running the factory engine, my family is sleeping.My family may not know how much a man works hard to keep them happy.

Yes, this is the real life of a man.After night duty, I go to my room in the morning, freshen up, have breakfast, try to sleep, and in the afternoon and evening, I get a lot of time to go outside and explore the natural surroundings.This is the real life of men and this is where our future and that of our family lies.Therefore, men should never be discouraged.They have to run and accept the reality to keep their families happy.Today the future of every member of my family depends on me, so I have accepted it.I am enjoying my working life.

My job is to look after the power generation engines.The engines run 24 hours a day, generating electricity for the factory, and I look after them here.There is another alternate, and we two share shifts and do duty.Today I shared my personal life and office life without going out.
