I'm motivated to work at home because I know the work needs to be done :D

And I'm enjoying this. No pants required, I can build the home office the way I like. Most things are awesome from working from home, especially as colleagues won't bother me as much! This might be just a Finnish thing though, as I've heard many people MISS their colleagues.
