Kneading a bread dough is meditation? To me, it's a battle. The strongest one wins, the weaker one gets thrown in the oven and will die. 😄 So far I have won every time.

Thank you! The squirrels are very different in different countries too. I've seen squirrels on some of my travels when I was younger and some of them are truly frightening. Large and angry-looking. Finnish

It's sad to see how multiple rich countries are blaming climate change on others, even when rich countries are the ones who are causing the majority of emissions. Giving compensation to poor countries

Not sure if you're interested at all, but my trick for baking on busy times is sourdough baking. You can't bake fast, but the waiting times are so long that you can work a full day while just waiting for
