I apply critical thinking and interpret the information from a wide range of sources (from both sides and independent commentators) based on my knowledge of warfare and historical precedent. I look at actual evidence for claims.

Do you disagree with these facts?

1. Russian forces have entered Ukraine from multiple directions and are now well inside the country.
2. Kiev is surrounded (as admitted by its Mayor).
3. Kharkov is substantially surrounded.
4. Ukrainian forces in the East are cut off.
5. The Russians have taken the Chernobyl area
6. The Ukranian govt is now conscripting every male 16-60 and giving weapons to untrained civilians.
7. New Ukranian cities are surrounded or fall every day or two.
8. The US offered to evacuate Zelinski.
9. Zelinski is negotiating with the Russians.
10. The EU is going wild with sanctions that are very damaging to Europe.
11. All this has happened in only 5 days.
12. The 2003 invasion of Iraq took 6 weeks with 26 days of major combat operations. Source

All this adds up to the fact that Ukraine has lost and Russia has won.
It is also inconsistent with Russian forces suffering large casualties.
Points 6, 8, 9 and 10 are signs of utter desperation. Not something you would do if the Ukranian military was winning.

Also the claims of large Russian losses are simply not backed up by verifiable video or photographic evidence.

In this day and age there should be masses of footage of over 1000 vehicles destroyed.
Kyiv is putting out absolute BS and the west is lapping it up like it was chocolate cake.

A military force that had suffered even 20% of these losses would not be able to achieve what the Russians are acheiving.
