Hypothetical question:

If Israel developed a time machine that allowed one F35 to go back in time to early 1940 with a single 500 kton bomb.

Would it be justified to drop it on Berlin at a time when Hitler, the senior Nazis and the Wehrmacht General staff and many Nazi troops were known to be in attendance?

Millions of German civilians would be killed in addition to the legitimate military targets.

Would that be collective punishment and would it be wrong, noting that individual German civilians were mostly unaware of the commencement of genocide against Jews at this point as the Nazis hid their crimes?

Would it be different if the German civilians were fully aware and openly supported the genocide, with every German home being a weapons depot and "civilians" joining in Nazi mass murder sprees against Jews?
