I am told that Argentina is very European in feel and indeed the vast majority of the population is of European stock. It is recovering from a century of bad government and is now in the early stages of civilisational rise.

I have a good friend that lives part time in Buenos Aires and loves it.

You'd have to learn Spanish but you are good a languages.
