Hamas casualty figures are complete BS. Hamas pictures of killed Gazan children are fake Pallywood.

The vast majority killed are Hamas fighters. Many "children" are also armed Hamas fighters.

In every previous conflict Hamas have made up BS figures to be later proven that most killed are combatants.
