How is content limited on Hive?
Are you talking about Resource Credits (which do not limit human created content in any practical way) or up and down votes (which do not limit content at all, only earnings which you don't get on Facebook at all.)

It is completely wrong to suggest that "a few individuals" control the content on Hive.
No one controls the content at all, in any way. If you post on the blockchain it is there forever. No one but the user posting controls the content.

Earnings is another matter - that depends on the whole community's collective decision whether to upvote, downvote or not vote at all.
