They brought this case on the basis that they could prove to the high standard required in Court that Azov were Neo-Nazis.
This was a pre-requisite to making the difficult argument that the Court should thus ban ALL Ukrainian arms trade (despite this being a strategic government function).

If there wasn't clear evidence that Azov were Nazis then this case would never have been brought. Even once this is proven it is difficult to get the High Court to intervene on these things.
