Hope you are all doing well on this lovely Sunday. In this post, I will be showing you how I created a portrait using Krita.

I used the drawing table Huion h610 pro v2
This is the first drawing tablet I bought, it was quite affordable and I have been using it since I started digital art which is quite a few years now.
This steps does not need to be too detailed, but for this one I spent a bit more time as I felt it would then be simpler to add on the color.
This step is really to establish the base colors and to make sure that the basic tones and shadows are also considered in the drawing. It may not look like it is going anyway at this point, but refinement will occur later. You need a good foundation first.
This takes the longest out of all the steps. This is where I smooth the colors and also add lots of details to the hair.
This is where I make certain parts brighter and certain parts darker - adjusting the tones to enhance the portrait. Now all is missing is just the background.
And with the background, this is done. I made the background slightly blurred so that the focal point is on the person.
