I always did not pay much attention to this card...

Why, because it is a Life splinter and life Splinter is one of me worst Splinters. Death is also one of my other worst splinters so I dont really bother about them much. However, daily quests have forced me from time to time to use Life splinters. In addition, in tournaments and brawls I gotta learn to use some of them.

Cave Slugs by itself aint impressive.

And I need a ton of BCX to max level it. I currently have a level 8 Cave Slug, it has 2 abilities, which is

Opportunity
Scavenger

Scavenger is actually quite a neat tactic especially in the end game ... as you will see in this example. Although in this one, Cave Slugs was not really in danger as my splinters in the front were still alive. However, that 1 HP in the end could mean victory...

MY battle analysis

I chose Daria as the Splinter as I have a maxed level Daria and she adds 1 melee attack which helps with Cave Slugs to get to the attack of 4.

I had Lord A as a Tank as I guessed that me opponent was gonna use magic and I was so wrong...
Nonetheless the combo of the healer and dragon rider meant me Lord A lasted long enough for Cave Slug to slowly destroy the opponent's tank.

In the later scenes of the battle you can see that Cave Slug has more health compared to the start of the battle and it was almost a guaranteed victory at this point. There were still 4 units in front of cave slug and it has 10 health, and if the 4 units were to perish, it would have 14 health which still gives it a good position against the last opponent...

Any ways thats it for now... I will be using Cave Slugs more often since it is a nice Splinter to place as a support character.
