it seems that you can now mint your own Legendary card...
Not much information on it, but it seems to be a relatively easy process.

My thoughts

I am not sure if it will cost anything to mint your own legendary card. It is not clear, but it does not mention a cost.

It seems that it limits to one per person, which I assume is one per hive address. Potentially if someone has more than one hive address they could mint more than 1 with a different person's face.

The stats on the card is also quite high so it may actually cause a massive influx of legendary cards.... which might dilute the value of starbits further

No. and also I see this happen on April 1st, so it could be a April Fool's joke but who knows...

Also the description on the card is kind of the same, so it seems like it is going to cause dilution in the worth of Legendary card.

I still think it is a joke lol but again who knows...
