This is probably my first post in the GEMS community.
Today I will be posting an art work that I sketched in the past. So this is a repost.
I really enjoy drawing and sketching as a kid, and this is one of my favourite sketch of a lion.
Here are some progress pictures and comments of how I drew this:
Step 1 - Drawing the rough sketch
I prefer to start with a rough sketch to make sure that the drawing is proportion and the eye, nose and mouth etc positioning is correct.
Step 2 - Adding in detail
After I am comfortable with the rough Sketch, I start adding in some detail.
Step 3 - Fine tuning
Then it is just fine tuning, adding in the shadows etc.
