I'm not sure exactly what you mean by regulations shutting down shit projects, but I do hope that the ones with actual use will not be hidden in the weeds! And it does seem like there's a lot more genuine curating going on and less scammy behavior so that's encouraging! :D

I guess time will tell, but it is looking more positive. ._.
