Is this a scam?
Charlie Lee has tweeted "PSA: The Litecoin team and I are not forking Litecoin. Any forks that you hear about is a scam trying to confuse you to think it's related to Litecoin. Don't fall for it and definitely don't enter your private keys or seed into their website or client. Be careful out there!"

I am one that is suspicious of this... Maybe I don't understand, but I don't see a reason to fork Litecoin. I don't trust this, especially considering that the developers remain anonymous.
Is there a silver lining here? Or, is there an anonymous development team trying to line their pockets?
