Upbit opened trading for Hive and HBD, so my guess is that some korean users orquestraded a pump and dump for HBD. Get ready for more market manipulation (the last time that the current witnesses on steem froze the accounts it coincided with Upbit enabling withdrawals and Hive saw a huge dump)...a smell a rat.
