Travel along the Moskva River (13pics)

On April 30, I was visiting my daughter in Moscow and she invited us to take a boat trip along the river. My son-in-law and I were only for this offer. We bought tickets online and went to Gorky Park, where our journey was to begin. A beautiful ship was waiting for us at the pier.



Our ship is a restaurant on the water. All the tables were occupied, apparently, this is a very popular form of recreation. 2 times someone from the visitors was congratulated on his Birthday.



Our ship sailed away from the pier and headed towards the Kremlin. We didn't know the exact route, but we knew that our journey would last 2 and a half hours.
We ordered lunch and looked out the windows at the familiar places, but now they were unusual for us from this angle.

I was only once on this viewing platform in Zaryadye Park. It was 2018, and I bought my Nikon camera that day, and my daughter, my future son-in-law, and I went for a walk to this place. I stood on this platform and photographed the ships passing under me. And now I'm looking at this almost bridge from the side of the river. That's what was amazing.



By the way, we climbed a little higher than Zaryadye Park and our ship made a U-turn. Everyone took pictures of the MSU building, but I didn't do it. I photographed it in 2018 from the observation deck.
This is an entertaining playground in Gorky Park.
There were many ships of different sizes floating on the river. And it was nice to eat my lunch and watch everything happening outside the window.

A girl walked between the tables and offered to take a photo. It was her job. She went to our table, but I showed her my camera, she smiled and went on.

The son-in-law offered to go to the bow of the ship. But we stayed there for literally 10 minutes. It started to rain and we were forced to go to our seats. But I managed to photograph the girls who were doing a small photo shoot. They even smiled at me.

I think, friends, that you guessed that our adventure turned out to be very happy. This is my daughter and son-in-law. They show that everything turned out well.
2 and a half hours flew by very quickly and we were already starting to swim up to the pier. People were reaching for the exit. I've seen smiles on people's faces.
I think that someday we will repeat a similar trip on the river but on a smaller ship. It should be fun too.
Our mood was slightly clouded by the weather. We wanted to take a walk in the park after the trip, but it was raining and we decided to go home.
