Hi @alaiza in the defensive passive, members act in a way that does not jeopardize their own safety. They strive to please their superiors. They avoid interpersonal conflicts. They are above their personal beliefs, the rules and procedures of the organization. It has several advantages no doubt, good job on the publication.
