We all have weaknesses that have particular effects on us. They can range from thinking about junk food like potato chips or chocolate chip cookies, to technology with the use of Facebook or the latest addictive gaming app. Recognize your flaws no matter what they are. Often, many people try to pretend they are not vulnerable to something or try to hide them. Be clear about your flaws, otherwise you won't be able to overcome them until you visualize them.
As time goes on, it may become increasingly difficult to keep your willpower in check. The greater the temptation or decision, the more difficult it will be to cope with other tasks that also require self-control. So work daily on building your self-discipline. Good luck and good post.
