Every child likes to play with water, especially playing with rainwater. However, some of their parents strictly forbade their children to play in the rain. "Don't play in the rain, let's snuggle under the covers while watching a movie." The reason why parents forbid their children to leave the house when it rains is that they fear getting wet, after playing in the rainwater their clothes and shoes need to be changed and it takes two days to dry.
