So now china has 2 Chinese Etherum. qtum claims they have sold 1st coin on their platform. There is competition before Neo (Antshare) even started off. Prices are compelling (Raising quite a day) and which could be good for investors. At least short term would not be bad Idea. I have seen the white paper and they are compelling ideas.
