For me, a night in the countryside, like some of the images I'll share later on this blog, creates an incredibly peaceful feeling. Here, we don't need to go to the city to find lights. Simply sitting and looking at the moon, the stars, and the wind through the trees is enough to make me feel "Okay, everything's okay," which of course also provides an extraordinary sense of calm.
So...
This time, I'm back in this beloved community to share some images. These images are also my entries in a contest hosted by @mshbd, which is now in its fifth round.
So, keep following my simple blog to see some of the images I share, along with stories behind them.
Capturing magical moments at night and capturing the comfort of the night through a cell phone lens
That's all I can say in this blog post about my participation in the 5th round of the night photography contest.
My friends...
In my opinion, a serene atmosphere doesn't have to be crowded; it can also be quiet, dark, accompanied by soft moonlight, so you can feel the serenity immediately.
Right now, the atmosphere in my village is so peaceful as night falls with the soft moonlight.
You can also see the warmth of the lamps illuminating a simple hut in my area. You can see in the picture an empty chair in front of it, with only a single point of light above. And at that moment, I felt like I was coming home. This is the definition of home at night. This small light makes me want to linger in this area. Honestly, the most peaceful and comfortable place for me is in my village. Although we can find luxury in the city, that luxury doesn't guarantee serenity.
This is where I sat with my friends when night fell. It was in this simple place that jokes and laughter were born with my friends in a very warm atmosphere.
Then I headed out to the road and took out my cell phone to capture the quiet village road with the main goal. Hopefully, with these few images, you can briefly imagine what the atmosphere in my rural area is like.
My friends...
You can see the dirt road flanked by trees, the lights on each side of the road being the only guides, and it felt, as I can say from personal experience, so safe.
This road wasn't scary for me; in fact, it was very calming. From this picture, you can see that village nights are indeed different. The darkness isn't noisy, but the darkness provides an extraordinary sense of calm.
Then I also saw the moonlight that penetrated between the banana leaves, this moonlight penetrated between the banana and coconut leaves, the sky was dark, but there were several small stars, and this gave a sense of calm that I cannot describe in words, it felt like nostalgia sitting in the yard of the house in the 90s accompanied by the sound of crickets, and tonight managed to make my head rest for a moment from the density of activities during the day.
Finally, I also took some pictures showing the star-studded sky.
My friends...
There's no pollution in the village, so when night falls, the deep blue night sky filled with stars adorns our view.
This view manages to amaze me amidst the darkness of nature, reminding me of how small we are in this universe, yet it also creates a peaceful atmosphere beyond words.
These are some of the images I'm sharing on this simple blog as my participation in the context held within this beloved community.
Through this simple blog, I also want to invite all my friends, and especially those who see this simple blog, to enter this very interesting contest. Let's show this community our stunning night photography, because I believe everyone has their own version of the night, and the night is where we are most honest with ourselves.
That's all for now. I hope you all enjoyed and enjoyed what I've shared. I also extend my deepest gratitude to all of you who have taken the time to view and read my blog to the end.
Please leave your comments, support, and input, which means a lot to me so I can create a better blog in the future. That's all for now.
Greetings everyone, and see you on my next blog
