Components
Pin Post service under user profile page.
Proposal
Like lots of other blogs, I suggest Steemit add a pinned post section to the personal profile page. With this tool, it would be easier for users to manage their profile pages. Like services can pin their introduction post to make sure it's easy for visitors to find, and this post on the top won't be replaced by update report or reblogged posts.
Benefits
Better UI, UX.
Implementation
Maybe just add a "pinned_post_permlink" into the user's JSON MetaData.
