Yeah they said NPA soldiers are scary well I never meet anyone for how long I been travelling in Bukidnon so I cant figure out if theyre really scary.It comes in my mind that if they are harmful there might be no tourist visits Bukidnon but still there were too many tourist so that means NPA's do not harm anyone or civillin people.
