I don't know if you've noticed, or not, but claiming account tokens has gone up substantially recently.
It's not just those that have begun to cost more, but also vote values are down.
When whales suck more out, everybody else's votes go down in value.
It's just a fact in the math.
I can't pull the numbers myself, but I can guesstimate pretty well, and it seems to be that somebody is sucking really hard at both pools.
