Murderous lyin' cops can't figure out why we don't like them?
Now, I watched the video and up until the blur hides what happens, there is no 'reaching for the gun' by anybody but the cop.
When the cop reaches for his gun the dude has a survival instinct that says control the gun, but absent the redaction we don't know if the cop is a lying psychopathic killer or simply a murderous narcissist that couldn't face the ego crush of not being instantly obeyed like a god, or something..
I'd be willing to bet on the driver.
Either way, if I can't write my rules down and force them onto you, and me and my friends can't get together and force them onto everybody else, then any other group doing it is just as illegitimate as I would be were I to force my rules onto you.
There is no such thing as gov't, there is only an organized, armed 'blue line' gang of men and women that force all others to pay and obey.
Where this freedom fighter went wrong was in waiting to go offensive against the criminal.
The criminal had already violated his oath to uphold the constitution and at that point deadly force is not just authorized, but demanded by those that came before and gave it all.
All outcomes are poisoned fruit of the poisoned tree.

IF you are wondering how the driver's rights were violated, ask did the cop have a sworn affidavit alleging harm by this specific driver?
Did the cop witness this person harm another?
IF no, then that's the 4th.
Unless there is an alleged crime, the 5th amendment is violated by the license plate and the cop asking for papers.
Take your plates off your cars, slaves, you have a right to travel privately on the public roads.
Until the crowd is ready to force our rights upon the usurpers we can only expect things to get worse.

A simple way that anybody can do that is to hoard your coins.
