I took the draw because they dropped the felonies to misdemeanors when I filed pro se, and they said sign the paper and walk out no fines, no time, once I showed I could get my issues into the court of criminal appeals.
I was denied access on a technicality, and the ada made the offer.
I took it because no way I was gonna be able to fight an appeal from a jail cell where I couldn't get the paper to even write it on let alone a stamp to mail the paper work once I created it.

I got a misdemeanor possession of pot, but it beat 20 years in the pen as a repeat drug offender.
