Instead of those ubi needing junkies blowing it on dope, we incentivize them to hold off the exchanges, and subject to a three day freeze.

By junkies I mean folks with poor money management skills, and by dope I mean whatever they throw their money away on.

This way we incentivize good behavior and don't reward sloth based on past performance.

The Devs need to give back the things they took from us when they were broke, imo.
And this would be a good first step in repairing what they have broken.
