This money is going to 'the chain', not an individual.
It might be time to look at getting the 10% tax up off of us we got hit with before the hdf was made, it's not like there isn't enough in the fund now.
Not that much is broken now.
Mostly this is about establishing the peg, if we can get that working it will do wonderful things for hive.
