I'd be surprised to learn that he still doesn't have a sizable chunk of hive.
I don't think anybody has been able to out freedom, and maybe a couple others, I would look into accounts with worthwhile amounts of hive, but not really active much that delegate out their hive power.
It would be a clue if they didn't vote witnesses during the fork to hive.
