By establishing the tradition(of not voting rewards to dumpers) that the hive isn't here to feed your addictions, but to help you through to a more agreeable, sustainable destination, we can minimize inflation going to those that can't hold a nickel longer than it takes to get somewhere to buy some crap/gamble it away.
Everybody on the planet needs a savings account, hive, at sub one dollar, is hard to beat for that.
