On any given tuesday, the workers can unite, reject wages while continuing to do the work, and distribute the goods.

Where less workers are needed will be populated by those over 50 doing as they please.
Between 20 and 50 we work.
Before 20, we find out what that work shall be.
After 50, we do as we please.
In the interim, a number will be developed that establishes the minimum for each able bodied worker, this minimum will include carrying some bums.
Once this minimum is met, the worker does as they please.

Why would anybody work if EVERYTHING is free?
