When do we get the action thriller that someone loads those responsible for bombing others because reasons into a plane and disperses them among those they ordered bombed from the air?

Just following orders isn't going to cut it, again, if we ever get these people out of power.
Those that rule by force have but a short window to lock in their control grid even further.
They appear to be failing.
Many more anarchists in the room than when I signed up.
