This video will discus how to install and when to use the summer grate. Please keep in mind that the summer grate is NOT made for use when baking. The Summer Grate raises 10 inches closer to the cooking surface. This option is for use during warmer times of the year. The purpose of this option is to move the fire closer to the stove top surface so that you can still utilize the cooking surface without having to heat the entire stove. This is not meant for use with the oven.
