Coffee trees, and coffee itself, like beans, came to us from Ethiopia. It was in this country, the homeland of coffee, that trees were first discovered, from which all varieties of coffee that we know originated.

It is also interesting that for the first time a coffee drink began to be prepared not in Africa, but in ancient Arabia. Africans simply used the bitter grains as a spice in their cooking, as can be seen there today.

Most coffee (tree seedlings) is grown in Brazil, and then in second place, oddly enough, Vietnam. It is about this country that I myself have heard little about the cultivation of coffee.

Do you know the fact that the first fruiting from a coffee tree sprout begins only after two years. How long does it take to take care of a tree? It turns out, like grapes after 2 years.

Coffee beans are harvested only by hand, employing seasonal workers. As well as grapes are harvested in season by hired workers. The first to drink coffee were the Arabs, they brought it from Africa.

It was the Arabs who began to drink coffee, adding cinnamon to the drink. That can be found today in many Asian countries. And then coffee was brought to Turkey, and after many years (16th century) coffee came to Europe.

It was in Turkey that the very first coffee shop was opened - it happened 1,500 years ago. But coffee was brought to England much later (a hundred years). And in France, strangely, coffee appeared a hundred years later.

In Russia, coffee appeared under Peter the Great. He brought coffee from Holland, but this drink did not gain success in the country at that time. They called coffee slops and did not want to drink it. The king forced to drink by force.

Do you know the fact that the name of the drink Coffee was given by the Arabs. They roamed the desert, and drank the drink Kava, which translates as an invigorating drink. And in Europe they began to call him Kafi or Kofi.

And here again, my friends, we can talk about coffee. About our favorite drink of the gods (and as I think angels too) called coffee. So - we, as lovers of this noble, tasty and aromatic drink, know that coffee is not only one of the most invigorating drinks, which has long been included in the everyday life of people in many countries of the world. I will repeat myself once more to make it clear that coffee is the most consumed beverage in the whole world. Millions of people start their day early in the morning with a cup of aromatic coffee. Someone drinks it with milk or cream, others prefer it with sugar, lemon and even salt. Already many people cannot imagine their day without delicious coffee. How does this happen with you?

The question arises, what is the secret of coffee? And there is the simplest answer to this right away. We know well from the history of coffee that the popularity of coffee in the very beginning was due to its properties, which quickly became known to doctors and allowed them to prescribe coffee as a medicine. Can you imagine - medicines, but why? Because coffee has its own peculiarity. Coffee improves well-being and sharpens attention, gives a good mood and improves memory over time. It also relieves body fatigue and gives a lot of energy. What's interesting is that coffee improves blood pressure, this was noticed from our own example in our family. Moreover, high coffee pressure lowers, and low pressure raises and restores the balance.

There are many ways to prepare coffee in the world today, and each country prepares coffee differently. Everyone can choose for themselves what they like best. Someone likes coffee with milk or cream, someone wants a softer drink, some want to sweeten it with natural ingredients such as sugar. Next, I want to list the most familiar coffee drinks to all of us. These are such as - Black Turkish coffee, Cappuccino, Espresso, Latte, Americano, Mocha, Romano, Glase, Doppio, Tripplo, Ristretto, Lungo, Irish and others. There are, of course, other coffee drinks, but I don't know them yet?
