In addition, a diary is not just entries in posts, it is a blog where the author develops his intellect as effectively and efficiently as possible. Well, and many in the community where the blogger is located - it will be interesting to read and see about a busy life. I think that this is interesting to many.
It is interesting that you can learn from the examples of others, and sometimes you need to. But today we are not talking about the methods of personality development, but about how someone achieved a certain high goal and suddenly there was a complete failure. Yes, and this, unfortunately, even happens very often in our life. And what exactly leads to this person? From my point of view, this is illiteracy, unprofessionalism and clumsy show-off, leading to the destruction of the personality. Let us recall, for example, those very 90s, when many managed to put together capital in a few days or even hours. Well, where are all these "lucky ones"? Many of them went bankrupt because they did not know how to keep the capital that fell on them as a gift from heaven. When people are unprepared to receive big money, everything collapses at once and this is a fact.
There was a case when sugar was supplied from Ukraine, and the batch was not that large in volume - it was huge. And this consignment was awaited not only by buyers here in the Urals, but also by some “comrades” watching for violations (and they were everywhere). And sometimes they themselves created violations, so that later the firm was "put" on fines. And the fines were just too heavy. We calculated the entire amount of the transaction and added 200% to this amount and that's it, then a complete "finish". Such impudence of the fiscals did not even look like a "fight against tax shelter", but a real gangster wiring. After that, those who did something (the supply of the same sugar) could either go and “persuade” the tax police, or leave everything and go on the run.
It is this kind of incompetence that always leads to failure, fall or complete destruction of any company or firm. And it was like this. The sugar consignment was delivered to its destination, all the goods were unloaded to the warehouse. The work was completed late in the evening, some of the managers and partners went home, and several employees of the company were still in the warehouse, summing up the accounting and preparing documents for tomorrow for the arrival of buyers. And then a certain person (a nondescript peasant) comes to their warehouse and asks them to sell him several kilograms of sugar. He, of course, in response to a complete refusal. But the peasant did not stop and tearfully asked to sell some sugar, since his wife was in the hospital, the children were alone at home, and he needed a little sugar for something, for transferring it to the hospital.
They tell the peasant - come to the store there in the morning and buy sugar, since here in the warehouse no one sells anything, and the documents are not ready. The peasant began to whine and say that you are all not people, devils are indifferent, his wife is so sick that she might die (!). And he never had time to bring her the package to the hospital. As a result, the man "broke" the persuasion of the employees and the storekeeper, and they decided to just give him a lot of sugar, and for free. But no! A man in no way, says that it is not according to his conscience - he is given sugar, and he must pay. So he is used to living and does not agree in a different way. Well, the workers spat on everything - they were already tired of him, and they told him to take sugar, leave the money and go. But no - the peasant asks to just write to him on the invoice that he nevertheless bought.
Here it would be to show suspicion to the people in the warehouse (and send him to hell), but no - they write to him directly on an empty invoice price for so much sugar and put a stamp “paid”. And ... then the performance began - into the warehouse, as if on command, tax police officers burst in (there was such a fraudulent service at that time), everyone shouted - stand, hands up! Someone against the wall, some face to the floor. They seize all the documents for sugar, take three employees with them (apparently, who came to hand?) And leave for their lair. Already after 23.00 o'clock. the director and the deputy of the firm were summoned and interrogations began. They are accused of "illegal trade", which violates the law and undermines the country's economy. As a result, they were awarded 125 million rubles in the future and the same 200% from above. Then there were many courts, the company went bankrupt, and after six months the payment amounted to 20 million rubles in court. Then the calculations were with big zeros ...
So that they did not start a criminal offense against the leaders, they collected this necessary amount for payment "by the whole world", and later the guys returned the money. But the fact itself, as an example - takeoff and complete failure.

Вспомним, к примеру, те самые 90-е годы, когда капитал успевали сколотить многие за несколько дней или даже часов. Ну и где все эти «счастливчики»? Многие из них разорились, потому что не знали, как удержать капитал, который на них свалился подарком с небес. Когда люди неподготовленные к получению больших денег – все разом рушится и это факт.
Был такой случай, когда из Украины поставляли сахар, причем партия была не то, чтобы большая по объему – она была огромная. И эту партию ждали не только покупатели здесь у нас на Урале, но и некие «товарищи», следящие за нарушениями (а они были везде). А нарушения они порой сами и создавали, чтобы потом фирму «поставить» на штрафы. А штрафы были так же просто неподъемные. Высчитывали всю суммы сделки и плюсовали к этой сумме 200% и все, тогда полный «финиш». Такая наглость фискалов выглядела даже не как «борьба с укрытием налогов», а настоящая бандитская разводка. После этого тем, кто что-то делал (поставка того же сахара) – можно было либо идти и «уговаривать» налоговую полицию, либо все бросать и подаваться в бега.
Вот подобная некомпетентность и приводит всегда к провалу, падению или полному уничтожению любой компании или фирмы. А дело было так. Партию сахара доставили до места назначения, весь товар сгрузили на склад. Работу завершили уже поздно вечером, часть руководителей и партнеров разъехались по домам, а несколько сотрудников фирмы пока оставались еще на складе, подводя учет и готовя документы на завтрашний день для приезда покупателей. И тут к ним на склад заходит некая личность (мужичок невзрачный) и просит их продать ему несколько килограммов сахара. Ему, конечно, в ответ полный отказ. Но мужик не унимался и слезно просил продать немного сахара, так как жена в больнице, дома дети одни, а ему нужно для чего-то там немного сахара, для передачки в больницу.
Мужику говорят – приходите утром в магазин там и купите сахар, так как здесь на складе никто и ничего не продает, да и документы не готовы. Мужичок стал скулить и говорить, что вы все не люди, черти равнодушные, у него жена так болеет, что может и умереть (!). А он так и не успеет принести ей передачу в больницу. В итоге – мужик «сломал» уговорами сотрудников и кладовщицу и они решили просто так дать ему сколько то там сахара, причем бесплатно. Но нет! Мужик ни в какую, говорит, что это не по совести – ему дают сахар, и он должен обязательно заплатить. Так уж он привык жить и по-другому не согласен. Ну, работники плюнули на все – надоел он им уже сильно, и сказали, чтоб брал сахар, оставляй деньги и иди. Так нет – мужичок просит, чтоб ему хотя бы на накладной просто написали, что он все же купил.
Вот здесь бы и проявить народу на складе подозрительность (и послать его куда подальше), так нет – они пишут ему прямо на пустой накладной цену за столько то сахара и ставят штампик «оплачено». И… тут начался спектакль – в помещение склада, как по команде врываются сотрудники налоговой полиции (была тогда такая жульническая служба), всем кричат – стоять, руки вверх! Кого к стене, кого мордой в пол. Изымают все документы на сахар, с собой забирают трех сотрудников (видимо, кто под руку попал?) и уезжают в свое логово. Уже после 23.00 час. вызывают директора и зама фирмы и начинаются допросы. Инкриминируют «незаконную торговлю», что нарушает законодательство и подрывает экономику страны. В итоге – присудили в дальнейшем к выплате 125 миллионов рублей и сверху те самые 200%. Далее прошло много судов, фирма разорилась, а выплата уже через полгода составила по суду 20 миллионов рублей. Тогда расчеты были с большими нулями…
Чтоб не завели уголовку на руководителей – собрали «всем миром» эту нужную сумму к выплате, впоследствии парни деньги вернули. Но сам факт, как пример – взлета и полного провала.
