Hi @kevinli, fellow Melbournian here (I think I got that right?). Ironically, I just uploaded a video in relation to this which covers what I use to help me stay focused. I use a pomodoro timer, and when I have a multitude of projects on I just segment my time and try list the tasks in order of importance. Works for me anyway haha
