Some strange site where you gather points and subsequently can exchange them for Steam games. I presume the better ones are a lot of afford to get, but with almost no afford you can get one random free Steam game by hitting lvl 4 (a question of half an hour). Probably won't be a AAA title, but still, it's free:)
