skip scammy comments if needed

I mean is there any instance in which we would want "scammy" comments to be rewarded. I mean I guess I can understand if it is a novelty or gimmick account but it's a fine line for inauthentic engagement that I think we should all consider. I get it if the idea is to leave it in the hands of the user but I think one additional concern is the user themself trying to game engagement using spam. I hope there will be mechanisms to circumvent this sort of behavior.
