今天我自己联系的是直接卖保险的公司，并且说自己是“业务员”，已业务员的身份买就会有优惠（听一位老大哥说的），然后我把行车证，身份证，以及需要选择买的商业保险，以及选择最近低一点返点的保险公司，最后会给你一个报价单，中间其实有很多的抽成，以前的可能业务员会从中间抽取一部分。最后达成共识而且还有不少优惠，全部完毕后，还问我什么时候有时间安排人把保险送过来。感觉自己对购买保险又进一步了解！_

这两天利用班前会时间超哥组织大家“集体练歌”而且选择的歌曲是最近抖音里一直排第一的歌曲“沙漠骆驼”，刚开始大家都比较生疏，只有极个别家人会跟着唱两句，后来专门给大家发歌词开始学着唱，在学习的时候可以看的出各位都很投入，应为流行和歌词也很有意思，从刚开始的“陌生”到如今的“熟练”经过一遍又一遍，现在已经是“开怀大唱”歌声也不逊色，像这样的歌曲作为年轻的我们以后还会继续，这也证明我们还年轻！w

今天技术部群里通知各店需要添加几部相对评分高的电影，方便客人观赏。我们这项工作会定期进行，是的我们不但在房间里可以唱歌，还能看电影，夏天的时候还能在房间里约着朋友喝着啤酒看“世界杯”等等，这些服务都是为了更好的满足客人的需求，为了更好的行业发展就是需要不断创新，提高增值服务，才能使客人满意，我相信以后还会有更多为客人提供便利的服务项目，但是最重要的还是“服务第一”！y

本季度的公司内刊从封面上来看就非常“接地气”，金黄色的外表，内容也是相当丰富！有蹦K讲堂的专题法律讲座；有扶贫帮困走进乡村；但是里边上榜的文章看完更让我觉得蹦K的家人不管是平时日常工作积极状态还是工作中的优秀感动服务案例都很值得我学习，荣幸的是我们店也有几位家人也上刊了，其中还有我的一篇，也是我第一次上刊心情很是喜悦；看了家人们的文章后收获满满，我们的团队还是一如既往的优秀！q

由于我们离得较近先到了就餐地点，看到西峡兄弟们到了立马下楼迎接，有很多兄弟，哥哥都是工作需要微信，电话聊的比较多，但是本人确实没有怎么见过更何况是做一桌吃饭，借助这个机会大家都互相认识，有的时候说到一个事情，话题上聊的也是很投机，很开心，增进彼此之间的感情以后沟通更加顺畅了。更好的消息是伟哥说年度任务都完成的话大家还能一起出去转转听完大家更是心奋不已！共同努力加油！H

今天维尚店“正能量”小组第三次会议，在店里开展，大家各自分享了自己的一篇文章，完毕后一起分享了很多围绕自己题目有召开一些分享，伟哥也给大家科普了一道东北特色菜“杀猪菜”，从材料的准备，各色配菜等等听起来很有感觉，而且影哥还自己尝试着做过，虽然步骤让我听起来比较多，但是美味佳肴都是经过多种步骤，才显得格外出色！我也是喜欢研究一些菜谱，所以听的比较认真，而且也打算做一顿让家人尝尝东北特色！N
