STEPS ON MAKING THE ART
First I created rough sketch of my own version of tarsa then the outline. then for the base color I put black for the body and red for the hair next is to make it realistic. I put shadows and highlights for the hair and it look good. then a put the glowing like fire in both her hand and I put red highlight in the body. For the last part is the background.
