Check this out! Our house design #6 consist of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The entrance is covered by a canopy concrete slab. Upon entering the entrance door, receiving area is waiting for you. Next to it is the combined dining and kitchen. On the other side of the receiving is the bathroom. This house is layed out to serve also as a duplex house. The left part is consist of a bedroom, guest room and bathroom and the right part consist the same. And since it's a roof deck house, the family can use this as a venue for small gatherings.
