My road to 1500 ELO rating in rapid chess in chess.com has changed a bit.
Why? Because I realized there's a lot of cheaters around in the rapid format and, even though chess.com has one of the best (if not the best) cheating police engines, this change also allows me to concentrate in pattern recognition and playing faster once I get used to this time format.
It is also worth noting that the Hive Chess league that I play every Friday is mostly made of blitz games, so this is also a good way to practice the format.
I am 1250 ELO in rapid in chess.com, which means I should have a blitz level of around 1050, that is 300 point more of what I have right now so, let's get grinding!
