Praise be the name of God for this wonderful thanksgiving service it was an awesome teaching.
I will be shearing with us what I learnt in today's teaching with bro Daniel.
We where thought the importance of forgiveness, love, and giving, Humility.
Philippians 2 : 8 we are been thought humility Christ Jesus been a perfect example the bible says even as he found him self in the form of man he was very humbled. He was even very humbled and obedient unto death. The bible say even the death on the cross.
James 3 : 13 here we are been thought from what I understood no matter the amount of knowledge we feel we have acquired we should be humble and when we speak it should be with wisdom and meekness here the bible says who is a wise man among you? Ket him show out of a good conversation his work with meekness of wisdom.
John 13 : 34 here the bible tell teaches us to love one another the bible also made us understand the he has made this a commandment that we must follow and abide by in this verse he say that another new commandment has been give unto us that is the commandment to love one another as he has loved us. Christ Jesus uses him self as an example because he showed us genuine love. He has urged us to also in like manner reciprocate that same kind of love to one another.
Luke 6 : 35 here the bible also teaches us not to only love or show love to who is kind to us but we should also love our enemies. Not just should we love our enemies we should do good to them lend to them hoping for nothing in return. In so doing the bible says our reward shall be great and we shall be call the children of the highest because our heavenly father is kind to the unthankful and even unto the evil.
1 Peter 4 : 8 here the bible is teaching us to do good amoung our self this means we should give to the needy because here it say that charity covers up multitude of sin.
Here the bible says that above all thing we should have a fervent charity amoung our self.
Matthew 6 : 14 here we are bee thought to forgive our fellow man those who have offended us because I this verse he says that if we forgive men thier trespass our heavenly father will also forgive us that brings us to the common saying do onto oders what you want then to do unto you it's a very simple teaching we are been thought here to forgive those that have trespass against us so that our heavenly father will forgive us.
