We were thought the importance of prayer, how to pray we where also thought how to use our tongue.
Luke 18 : 3 here the bible is teaching us through the parable of the widow who seek for the king to avenge her of her adversary but he will not hear her but she didn't give up she kept on going and going until the king was weary and avenged her all her adversary. here the bible it tell us that if a wicked king can harken to the voice of the widow how much more our heavenly father
1 Thessalonians 5 : 17 here the bible teaches us to pray with out season but most people misquote the verse to be reciting prayers bro Eli made us understand that it is wrong.
2 Timothy 1 : 3 here the bible is teaching us what he means when he says prayer without season the bible is tell us to commit everything we do in the hands of God through prays before we sleep when we wake before we go out before we eat after eating e.t.c that is what the scripture means when it says pray without season.
Ecclesiastes 5 : 2 here the bible teaching us how to pray and how to use our tongue the bible tells us not to be harsh with our tongue and also let our heart not be fast to utter words and we also should keep our prayers very simple.
Matthew 6 : 7 here the bible teaches us not to use vain reputation when we pray and the bible still points that we should make our prayers few.
Bro Eli made us understand that before we pray we should make sure we do not have any sin In our heart like in forgiveness wickedness E.t.c
Matthew 15 : 19 the bible made us understand that mans heart is despiratly wicked and evil it says for out of man's heart process evil thought, funication adultery theft fuales witness e.t.c
So before we pray we must purge our heart because the bible made it clear that the prayer of a sinner is an abomination to him.
