Hola muy buenas tardes a todas las personas que hacen vida en esta plataforma y un saludo especial a la comunidad de WorldMappin, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi visita al Centro Comercial La Cascada.

Hello good afternoon to all the people who make life on this platform and a special greeting to the WorldMappin community, today I want to share with you my visit to the Cascada Shopping Center.

Empezamos el viaje caminando a la parada de los buses bajo un sol bastante caliente. Últimamente, mi esposo y yo nos acostumbramos a siempre llevar nuestra botella de agua y sombrilla por ese motivo.

We started the trip walking to the bus stop under a very hot sun. Lately, my husband and I have gotten into the habit of always carrying our water bottle and umbrella for that reason.

Tomamos el camino que nos daba más sombra y por eso nos fuimos por la catedral hasta enfrente de la universidad.

We took the path that gave us the most shade and so we walked along the cathedral to in front of the university.

Al llegar nos dimos cuenta de que había un pequeño parque de diversiones que parecía estar cerrado todavía, adentro del centro comercial todavía estaba con temática de navidad y había poca gente debido a que estaba comenzando el año (aunque caída la noche sí que había muchas más personas).

Upon arrival we noticed that there was a small amusement park that seemed to still be closed, inside the mall it was still Christmas themed and there were few people because it was the beginning of the year (although at nightfall there were many more people).

Lo primero que hicimos fue divisar un lugar para comer, ya que llegamos mucho después de la hora del almuerzo. Nos decidimos por un puesto de comida china en el cual tenía mucho tiempo sin comer.

The first thing we did was to spot a place to eat, since we arrived well after lunchtime. We decided on a Chinese food stall where I had not eaten for a long time.

Cuando terminamos de comer seguimos nuestro recorrido por el centro comercial apreciando todo el panorama y mirando los adornos que colocaron para navidad.

When we finished eating we continued our tour of the mall appreciating all the scenery and looking at the decorations they put up for Christmas.

Seguido de eso empezamos a pasear por todo el centro comercial hasta que llegamos a Traki, una tienda de ropa bastante grande.

After that we started walking around the mall until we arrived at Traki, a fairly large clothing store.

No teníamos pensado comprar ropa, pero me topé con uno de los pantalones más rotos que he visto en venta y costaban nada más y nada menos que $9 dólares.

We weren't planning on buying clothes, but I stumbled upon one of the most ripped pants I've ever seen on sale and they cost no more and no less than $9 dollars.

Luego de todo el recorrido queríamos terminar el día comprando helados, así que nos dimos ese gusto.

After all the sightseeing we wanted to end the day buying ice cream, so we indulged ourselves.

Y nos devolvimos en la noche, nos quedamos un rato en la catedral para luego seguir hasta la casa. Estaba bastante bien adornada por la época decembrina.

And we returned in the evening, we stayed at the cathedral for a while and then continued on to the house. It was quite nicely decorated for the Christmas season.
