If you are in the way of the Lord, you have the spirit of discernment to konw that it is the right time for you to do something, or excute something. If you really have the knowledge of the way of God.
Galatians 6:10
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good to all men. That is God's time, that is God's opportune time that He is giving unto us- if we have the opportunity to do good, to execute something good - that is God's perfect time. Because you cannot do what is good every time you want to do it.
There are verses in the Bible that proof that satan can hinder the good things that you are planning to do, that is why not every time is an opportune time.
1 Thessalonians 2:18
That is why there is what we call " God's time or God's opportune time", because satan is always hindering the good things we want to do in life, for our families, for our friends and for our fellow men.
There is always hindrance being set by satan in our paths. That is why , when we find an opportune time to do what is good according to the commandments of the Lord, we should do it.
How Do You Know It Is God's Perfect Time?
When the situation allows you to do good, it is God's perfect time. When there is no hindrance, when you can do something even in face of hindrances or in the midst of hindrances, you can do something good for yourself or your family, for your fellow men then you can know that it is God's opportune time or perfect time.
