It is wise for us to know the proper way of living and eating. Let us remember that we must sweat . It is healthy way - to sweat. Having physical activities at least 30 minutes a day like walking will help prevent obesity and other chronic diseases like diabetes, heart diseases, etc. How can we attain that? The Bible admonishes us to have exercise.
1 Timothy 4:8
For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
Do the exercise of godliness, but separating godliness to physical exercise and considering only on physical exercise, you cannot say that your body will profit a little if you exercise.
There's too much profit in exercise, if you are not going to compare it to the exercise of the godliness, but compare to exercise of godliness, body exercise has only little profit, but if you are not going to considerate only on physical exercise of the body, there is much profit , why? When we exercise, we sweat, sweating out toxins or on the conflufut that cannot come out through urinous.
Exercise strengthens our immune system and our metabolism. There's much much benefits in exercise, that is why, when we eat and we exercise or walk or sweat during our walk or exercise, is a healthy way to live, but our concern now is what are we going to eat? Are there teachings of the Bible that teaches us the food that we are going to eat and the healthy way of eating it.
Proverbs 17:1
Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, than an house full of sacrifices with strife.
Biblically, eating a dry morsel without source, soup, this poor kind of food right? But is better because there is quietness, joy and peace of mind in that house than a house full of feasting with strife, even if you eat the best nutritious foods but there are strife, problems, tenses that goes with eating such luxury foods, biblically, eating a dry morsel is better because there is quietness therewith. The manner that we eat our food has to do with our health.
