Design thinking process

1. empathize : my job was all about processing the corporate's payments, liaising procurement team, supplier, customers and banks.It was all messy paper matters.And also system issues with the ERP were kept implemented and implemented from my first day till the day I left.

2)define the problem : Just within the company, data, numbers and informations from different, but related departments were sharing inaccurately due to inefficient enterprise software system and yet costly.

3)ideate : single data sharing among stakeholders.

4)prototype : no proper prototype yet.

5)test : not yet.
