It is since discipline went out the window and parents started thinking that money can take the place of time. I mostly feel we have problem parents . I see it every day in teaching - O Johnny did not hand in his project because the electricity was off. But Johnny had a whole month to do it but chose to wait until the last day.......... kids must learn to think for themselves and take responsibility. Mom and dad cannot sort out everything. Especially if you are 16 and up.
